Coffeework is a booking solution for cafés and a startup idea. Owners decide which seats are bookable, guests pay via QR code. No coworking space, no membership model. A fair arrangement between café and digital worker.
The idea came from a real tension: cafés overwhelmed by laptop guests, freelancers looking for a productive place to work. Built in a course structured around real-world validation and rapid iteration, I interviewed owners and freelancers, visited cafés in person and refined the concept across multiple sprints. The core challenge was minimal effort for cafés with maximum value. The result is a validated concept with a working no-code prototype, tested with real users.
