Omm Vertrag is a digital contract assistant for intergenerational living. Empty nesters open up unused rooms to students through a jointly created rental agreement and a multi-step mediation model for conflict resolution.
In a five-person interdisciplinary team we conducted qualitative interviews with landlords and students, built stakeholder and journey maps, and ran a co-creation workshop with real participants. I structured the workshop, prepared the methods and led the facilitation. Trust, safety and fear of conflict emerged as the main barriers and shaped the feature development. From there I conceived the user flow and developed wireframes and final screen designs for the prototype.
